SMART conducts on-going quality audits of its manufacturing facilities and is regularly audited by its Tier-1 OEM customers to validate that our processes and procedures live up to their exacting standards.
SMART's manufacturing facilities:
- Are certified to ISO9001 standards.
- Perform rigorous quality control tests throughout the production process to ensure that products remain within specific tolerances.
- Collect detailed information on component lots and test data during the manufacturing process, such that root cause and corrective action in the event of field failures can be determined quickly.
